Lushaka Investments is the development arm of the Lushaka Group of companies. It is a recognised leader in the delivery of  best value and quality in the Sandton property market. Its most successful and recognisable completed developments are the Amazonas, Sunset Towers and the 20 storey World Trade Center Johannesburg office tower, which was subsequently renamed GreenPark Corner. Since 2004 Lushaka Investments has focused mainly in creating mixed use high rise luxury developments. All three developments are situated  in Morningside, Sandton. Lushaka Investment’s  current, and most ambitious project to date is the Central Square Sandton mixed use development.
